I’ve noticed that my ADT touchscreen panel sometimes loses Wi-Fi connection and doesn’t send notifications to my phone. It usually reconnects after a while, but it's not consistent. My Wi-Fi signal is strong in that area, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I had the same issue! It turned out my router’s 5GHz band was causing conflicts. ADT panels prefer 2.4GHz for better range and compatibility. Try setting up a separate 2.4GHz SSID and connecting only the panel to that. Also, check your panel firmware in the settings—it might need an update. If that doesn’t help, ADT support can usually push a remote fix or schedule a tech visit.
