Video quality is great… when it loads. I get constant buffering even though my internet speed is solid. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it a router or camera issue?

Buffering can occur due to weak Wi-Fi signal or bandwidth issues. Ensure the camera is placed within range of your router and that the internet speed (especially upload speed) is sufficient. Eufy recommends at least 2 Mbps upload speed for stable streaming. If buffering continues, consider lowering the video quality in the app or using a 5GHz Wi-Fi network for a more stable connection.
