I already have a local NVR system for my other IP cameras and I’d like to record Ring camera footage there too. Is there any way to get an RTSP stream or local access to the video feed?

Unfortunately, no. Ring cameras are completely cloud-based and don’t support RTSP, ONVIF, or any kind of local video streaming. You’re locked into using the Ring app and cloud recording via a Ring Protect Plan. If you need local storage, you might want to look into Eufy, Reolink, or Ubiquiti. There are some workarounds with screen recording or Homebridge hacks, but they’re clunky and unofficial.
